First of all, they say that most of us are simply unable to multitask (only 2.5% of people can multitask effectively). For the rest it is just an illusion of doing things at the same time, when in reality we do individual actions in rapid succession.
To resume a little this article, I want to present you some points of negative impacts on us:
1) Attentiveness. Due to doing two hard tasks at the time, we become less attentive for two of them which result by inability to recreate the information that we just have learnt.
2) Learning. Attention is the most important quality during learning. Besides losing our ability to focus on learning, we don’t go deeper in process of learning, so we receive only superficial knowledge of whatever we have learnt.
